Born in the small midwest farming community, Chad was raised with integrity, drive and a strong work ethic. He achieved his Eagle Scout as one of the youngest members in his troop. He participated in sports, music, and served in various leadership positions throughout his youth working to excel at each. While at Iowa State University Chad explored his interest in structures and how things worked and earned his degree in mechanical engineering. Following college, Chad worked for Caterpillar Inc. and came to Seattle as a regional sales and service manager. When his plane touched down at the SeaTac International airport he knew he would never leave.
