Born in the small town of Avoca, Iowa, Chad was raised with integrity and achieved his Eagle Scout as a young man. He served in various leadership positions throughout his youth. At Iowa State University Chad explored his interest in structures and how things worked and earned a degree in mechanical engineering. Following college, Chad worked for Caterpillar Inc. Chad’s regional sales and service management position with Caterpillar brought him out West. When his plane touched down at the SeaTac International airport he knew he would never leave.
